摘要
针对矿山井下测量技术的问题,介绍了三维激光扫描仪的特点和优势,论述了其在井下测量工作中的具体应用,包括对采空区的安全隐患排查、指导矿区生产工作和构造数字化矿山模型3个方面。研究结果表明,三维激光扫描设备相对于传统的测量设备如全站仪等,在精确度、安全性、操作便捷程度和工作效率等方面均有显著提升,值得推广和使用。同时,通过三维扫描系统可以构建矿区的三维地质模型,为有限元数值计算和构建矿山地质数据库提供了详实的基础数据,方便了矿区的安全稳定性分析和监测工作。
Based on the problem of underground measurement technology, the characteristics and advantage of 3 d laser scanner and its application were introduced, including goaf potential safety hazard checking and controlling, mining area production and digital mine model construction. The research showed that 3 d laser scanner is with advantages of accuracy,safety, convenient operation and high efficiency, comparing with these traditional equipment, with promotion and use value.Meanwhile, 3 d geology model of the mine could be constructed by 3 d scanning system, which provides basis of detailed data for the finite element numerical calculation and construction of mine geological database and facilitates safety, stability analysis and monitoring work of the mine.
