摘要
目的对体外受精—胚胎移植助孕患者的心理症状水平和特点进行分析,为制定干预对策提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表,对118例进行体外受精—胚胎移植助孕患者进行评估,将量表各因子得分与全国女性常模进行比较分析,比较不同年龄段、不同学历及不孕年限组得分的差异。结果本组患者的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9项因子分均高于全国女性常模(P<0.05)。结论体外受精—胚胎移植助孕患者在9个心理症状因子存在一定的自觉症状,提示医护人员应从多角度关注其心理健康状况,及早进行心理干预和心理调适,避免心理问题对助孕成功率产生影响。
Objective To analyze the psychological symptoms of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer patients and to provide intervention reference. Methods With Symptom Checklist, 118 in vitro fertilization embryo transfer patients were assessed and then the scores of each factor were compared with national female norm. Results The scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror, bigoted and psychosis were all higher than national norm （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Subjective symptoms could be found in the nine factors of psychological symptoms which indicates more efforts should be spared to in vitro fertilization embryo transfer patients and early intervention would benefit the success rate of assisted reproduction.
