摘要
目的研究乌骨藤总苷对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901、肉瘤S180、淋巴白血病细胞P388的抑制作用。方法采用MTT比色法观察乌骨藤总苷对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901体外生长的影响;采用瘤体移植法将BALB/c裸鼠接种人胃癌细胞SGC-7901,通过计算肿瘤抑制率评价乌骨藤总苷对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901体内肿瘤生长抑制作用;采用腋窝皮下接种将昆明小鼠接种肉瘤S180,通过计算抑瘤率评价乌骨藤总苷对肉瘤S180体内肿瘤生长抑制作用;DBA/2小鼠腹腔接种淋巴白血病细胞P388,通过计算生命延长率评价乌骨藤总苷对淋巴白血病细胞P388体内生长抑制作用。结果乌骨藤总苷对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901有显著的体外抑制作用,并能显著抑制小鼠人胃癌细胞SGC-7901、小鼠移植S180、小鼠移植P388肿瘤生长。结论乌骨藤总苷具有一定抗癌活性,有望开发成抗癌的中药有效部位新药。
Objective To study the effects of total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root on SGC-7901,S180 and P388tumor cells. Methods To observe the influence of total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root to SGC-7901 human stomach cell by MTT colormetric assay in vitro. The Balb / c nude mouse was vaccinated SGC-7901 with tumors had transplants,the inhibition of total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root on SGC-7901 was evaluated by the tumor inhibition rate. The KM mouse was vaccinated S180 with subcutaneous vaccination,the inhibition of total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root on S180 was evaluated by the tumor inhibition rate. The DBA /2 mouse was vaccinated P388 with intraperitoneal inoculation,the inhibition of total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root on P388 was evaluated by life extension rate. Results Total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root can significantly inhibit the SGC-7901 cell,the tumor growth of SGC-7901,S180 and P388in mice. Conclusion Total glycosides in glaucescent fissistigma root had certain anti-cancer activity,it was expected to develop into a new drug from the active fraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
