摘要
通关藤是一味常用民族药,具有良好的抗肿瘤功效,其制剂临床应用广泛。通过系统的研究近几年国内外与通关藤有关的文献,进而对药材的化学成分、药理、临床等方面进行综述。为通关藤的开发利用和临床用药提供理论依据。
Marsdeniae Tenacissimae is a kind of common Traditional Chinese Medicine, has good anti - tumor effect. Preparations were widely used in clinical practice. This article systematically study the domestic and international literature about Marsdeniae Tenacissimae in recent years, and chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, clinical applicia- tion and other aspects were reviewed. It provides a theoretical basis for exploitation and clinical research of Marsdeniae Tenacissimae.
