不同浓度盐胁迫对蛋黄木薯幼根抗氧化酶表达水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 分别用50、100、150、200、250 mM NaCl溶液处理蛋黄木薯幼苗,对不同盐浓度下幼根中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的表达水平进行分析。结果显示:与对照相比,低浓度NaCl处理(≤100 mM)对蛋黄木薯生长没有明显的抑制作用,幼根中SOD、APX和GR的表达量均有所提高;高浓度NaCl处理时(≥150 mM),SOD和APX的表达水平随盐浓度的上升呈下降趋势,而GR的表达水平呈上升趋势,随着盐浓度的增加,蛋黄木薯生长受抑制程度也增加。 In this paper, Manihotesculenta Crantz. cv. M . South China 9(SC9) seedlings were treated with NaCI solution under concentra- tions of 50,100,150,200,250 mM, and the expressian levels of its superoxide dismutaso (SOD), asoo/onte perexidase ( APX ) and gluta- thione reductase (GR) were analyzed. The results showed that compared with control, the low NaCl concentrations ( ≤100 mM) had no significant inhibition for the growth of SC9, and the expression levels of SOD, APX and GR were increased; While expression levels of SOD and APX were decreased with the increase of salt concentrations( ≥150mM), but GR expression level was increased with high salt concen- tration, and the growth inhibition of SC9 also increased with the increase of salt concentrations.
