摘要 利用ABAQUS有限元模拟仿真软件,模拟高强钢板同一初始板形和内应力、不同矫直策略矫直后的板形和应力分布,并对矫直过程中矫直力的大小进行了研究。研究结果表明,选用入口压下量11.0mm、出口压下量2.3mm的线性递减矫直工艺进行矫直,可以得到较好的板形和残余应力分布,可以使矫直机的总矫直力较大压下矫直工艺下降1 510kN,提高了生产安全性。 Plate shapes and residual stress distributions after straightening are studied by ABAQUS finite element simulation software. The plates are of the same initial shape and residual stress distribution. Straightening strategy is different in the FEM study. Straightening force is studied at the same time. The results show that when bending at entrance is 11.0 mm and the bending at export is 2.3 mm, the plate shape after straightening is fine and residual stress distribution is uniform. Total straightening force of the strategy is 1 510 kN lower than large bending straightening. It is help/ul to enhance the security of production.
