摘要
目的探讨分析护理管理人才培养的流程管理策略。方法将流程管理应用于本院护理管理人才培养中,通过规划、实施、评估等措施,完成医院护理管理型人才的培养,探讨流程管理策略的应用意义。结果在护理管理人才的培养过程中通过理论与实际结合,不断优化流程和提高培训者管理以及护理知识等水平,能够为医院建立一支符合专业要求,具有很高服务水平、管理水平和职业素质的护理管理人才队伍。结论流程管理在护理管理人才培养中的应用,不仅可以提高护理质量和医院整体的形象,还可以促进医院可持续发展,是一种值得参考应用的管理手段。
Objective To study the process of analysis the nursing management personnel training management strategy. Methods Appli the process management in our hospital nursing management personnel training, through measures such as planning, implementation and evaluation, to complete the training of hospital nursing management, discusses the application of process management strategy. Results In the process of training of nursing management by combining theory with practice and optimize process and improve the level of trainers management and nursing knowledge, to the hospital to build a conform to the requirements of the professional, has the very high service level, management level and professional quality of nursing management personnel. Conclusion The application of process management in nursing management personnel training, not only can improve the quality of nursing and the hospital＇s overall image, also can promote the sustainable development of the hospital, is a worthy reference application management.
