摘要
当前国内与国际市场为涉外护理专业人才提供了良好的就业环境,而护理英语综合运用能力则是他们顺利就业、从业的关键。本文从复合型教师资源、基础英语教学与专门用途英语教学间的衔接、课程设置及跨文化教育等方面探讨了如何通过有效的英语教学改革及明确细化的教学管理,多方法、多手段相结合培养适应现代社会需求的高素质的国际化护理人才。
The current domestic and international markets provided a good employment environment lot overseas nursing protesslonals, wnue the comprehensive ability to use nursing English was the key to their successful employment and later work. This paper discussed how to cultivate high-quality nursing professionals by effective English teaching reform and refined, multi-method teaching management for the modern needs of the society from perspectives of interdisciplinary teachers, the connection between general English teaching and English for Special Purpose, course planning and cross-cultural education.
