摘要
如今,随着经济的发展,科学技术水平的提高。我国的教育水平也在不断提升,教育质量在不断提高。我国的高等教育在不断发展的同时,也取得了巨大的成就。尽管我国教育当前蓬勃发展,但在教育工作中仍然存在许多问题和缺陷。这些问题既有来自学校方面的,也有来自教师方面的。因此,在高校管理中,教育者们既要抓学校又要抓教师,让两者有效地结合起来,共同促进教育事业的发展。激励理论在一般情况下是指通过特定的方法和管理体系,将员工对组织及工作的承诺最大化的过程。它有利于调动人们的积极性。经过研究,我们发现激励理论基本上覆盖了社会的所有方面。它不断促进着人们向前前进,给人们巨大的力量。当然,任何事情都要实事求是,具体情况具体分析。根据这一社会背景,本文将"激励理论"放在高校教学管理来研究。本文将分为三个部分:第一个部分主要阐述目前高校教学管理中出现的问题。第二部分主要讲述如何在高校教学管理中应用激励理论。第三部分主要是讲激励理论在高校教学管理中应用的作用。本文旨在通过不断完善高校教学管理的方法,来提升教学管理的有效性,促进教学的不断发展。
Nowadays, the level of science and technology has been raised with economic development. The level of education in China is also continuously improved, so is the quality of education. Therefore, China's higher education has achieved huge achievement in its continuous development. In spite of the prosperous development of the current education in China, there are still many problems and drawbacks in it. Some of them come from colleges and some come from teachers. So educators should both solve the problems related to colleges but also solve the problems related to teachers in order to promote the development of education. Stimulation theory generally refers to the process of maximizing the promises of employers to the organization and work through specific methods and management systems, so it helps to mobilize people's enthusiasm. It is found in studies that stimulation theory has generally covered all aspects of the society. It continuously impels people to move forward and gives people great energy. However, anything should be specifically analyzed in accordance with specific situations. Under this social background, this paper makes a study on "stimulation theory" in college teaching management. This paper will be divided into three parts: the first part mainly expounds the problems existing in the current college teaching management; the second part mainly introduces how to apply stimulation theory in college teaching management; the third part mainly discusses the functions of the application of stimulation theory in college teaching management.This paper aims to improve the effectiveness of teaching management and promote the continuous development of teaching through constantly improving college teaching management methods.
