摘要
国内消费电子的迅猛发展,促进PCB行业在中国的快速发展,本土PCB药水厂商也随之崛起,但目前PCB生产高端HDI产品的专用化学品市场长期被欧美、日本、台湾等地外资品牌所占领,本土企业总体的技术水平仍然落后于世界先进水平、市场占有率仍较低。中国正在进行生产大国向技术大国的转变,这要求本土企业积极推进技术升级和创新,推出高品质的、绿色环保的产品。
The spring up of domestic consumer electronics speed the development of PCB industry. The local PCB chemical suppliers rise but the chemicals for complicated HDI manufacturing is still occupied by the foreign suppliers from Europe, Japan and Taiwan. The local companies still lag behind the world＇s advanced level with little market share. China now is transforming from a manufacturing country to a technological country, which requires the local companies pay more efforts on technology upgrade and innovation, launch fine and environmental products.
