摘要
目的按等级医院评审要求做到病案次日及时归档。方法通过分析在以往病案管理过程中存在的问题,针对性地采取制度规范、责任到人等措施,保障病案次日及时归档。结果病案次日及时归档率达94.8%,保障了病案管理质量和医学信息统计。结论采用PDCA循环方法,明确责任,规范化制度是病案及时归档的有效策略。
Objective According to grade hospital assessment requirements to do medical record the next day in time archiving. Method Through the analysis of the existing problems in the past medical record management process, the targeted measures such as system specification, responsibility to people, etc, the next day to protect medical records filed. Result The filing rate of the medical record in the next day is 94.8%, which ensures the quality of medical record management and medical information statistics. Conclusion Using PDCA method,clear responsibility and standardized system are the effective strategies for medical record archiving in time.
