摘要
根据2014年全国打叶复烤企业建设和管理现场会的交流与讨论,对打叶复烤的工艺流程、质量控制、原料挑选、烟叶内在品质提升、数据链构建、品牌对接等方面进行思考,根据卷烟工业需求与行业形势探讨了打叶复烤新工艺的发展趋势,对于今后打叶复烤工艺研究方向与在线技术推广应用具有指导作用。
The national conference about construction and management of tobacco threshing and redrying enterprises was held in Chuzhou City,Anhui Province in 2014. According to the communication and discussion at the conference,the technological process,quality control,raw material sorting,internal quality promotion of tobacco leaves,data chain construction,brand docking,and so on were considered. The development trend of new process in tobacco threshing and redrying was discussed according to the demand of cigarette industries and industrial situation. This has not only guide effect to the research direction of technology of tobacco threshing and redrying,but also influence on the production technology popularization and application in the future.
