摘要 Mactavish型打叶器采用单向打叶时,当打钉和框栏的一个工作面磨损变钝后,换向安装耗时长,操作不方便,且工作面上的烟垢清洗困难。为此,对Mactavish型打叶器箱体结构进行改进:将打叶器一端弧门、一端直门的结构改为双弧门对称结构,打叶辊可以换向旋转打叶;在打叶器上方加装导向板翻转机构以解决堵料问题;设计了保持打叶辊旋转方向与导向板一致的联动互锁装置。改进后的打叶器增加了换向打叶功能,实现打钉与框栏烟垢的自动清理,降低了维护工作量及劳动强度,打叶器的有效作业率由85%提高到90%左右,出片率提高了0.2%~0.3%左右。 It was time-consuming and troublesome to reposition the threshing teeth and frame bars in a Mactavish thresher once their working surfaces became blunt, and it was aslo hard to clean these surfaces. Therefore, the head box was improved as following: 1 ) change the vertical door into an arc door symmetrical to the other side, and let the threshing drum be workable in either way; 2) mount a two-position guide plate above the thresher to avoid tobacco jam; 3) add an interlock system to ensure that the rotating direction of threshing drum was coincident with the position of guide plate. The improved thresher featured reversible threshing, automatic cleaning of drum teeth and frame bars, and reduction of maintenance work and labor intensity. The working efficiency of thresher increased from 85% to 90% , and the strip yield improved by about 0.2% - 0.3%.
