摘要
阐述了动物源性肉品食用安全的概念。从法规标准滞后、疫病因素、养殖源头上种养环境、饲料、兽药超标、屠宰、检验检疫、流通环节、监管体制与机制等方面分析了,动物源性肉品存在的安全隐患,提出了六个方面的防控措施及建议。
The concept of edible safety of the safety of animal meat products, which of animal meat products was illustrated. The hidden troubles existed in standards and regulations lagging, factors of disease, the environment of breeding and raising source, feeding, veterinary drugs, slaughtering, inspection and quarantine, circulation, regulatory system and mechanism etc. and six aspects of prevention and control measures were suggested.
