摘要
我国政府绩效管理从国外引进来的时间很短,通过政府绩效管理的法治化,能真正实现政府绩效管理的作用,为持续推动政府自身改革提供必要的动力。政府绩效管理的科学化和规范化需要法治化的途径加以保障,因此政府绩效管理法治化意义十分重要。
China’s government performance management was introduced from abroad just several years ago.The legalization of govern-ment performance management is conducive to the realization of its designed function,which thus continuously provides impetus to the government reform.The scientification and standardization of government performance management need to be protected by laws,so its legalization is of great significance.
