摘要
关于农业的未来发展道路和发展方向,是个历来就存在颇多争议的议题。文章对"持续农业"的概念由来、内涵特质、学界观点等进行了较为系统的疏析和讨论,认为持续农业可内在地涵盖生态、经济和社会三重意义。因此,它比当下所流行的生态农业、有机农业、安全农业、创意农业等,在概念的指称上更具科学性和合理性。以此为基,并结合众多的文献研究、经验分析和实证调查,发现规模农业并不一定带来规模效益,而走小规模持续农业发展之路对于中国大多数普通村落而言,更具可行性,也更具现实意义。最后,提出了"以未来看待(乡村社会)发展"的观点,实则从另一侧面映证了小规模持续农业更适合现阶段中国的现实国情和乡村社会的真实情态。
About the development path and direction of future agriculture,it is a lot of controversy there is always a hot topic. This paper systematically analyzed and discussed the concept of the origin,connotation and characteristics,academic point of view of ＂ sustainable agriculture,＂ and held that sustainable agriculture could be intrinsic to cover ecological,economic and social triple significance. Therefore,it is more scientific and rational than currently popular ecological agriculture,organic agriculture,and safe agriculture on the allegations in the concept. As a base,combined with the large number of literature research,experience and empirical investigation,we believe that scale agriculture does not necessarily bring about economies of scale agriculture,while small- scale sustainable agriculture is not only more feasible but also more practical significance for the majority of ordinary villages in China. Finally,we proposed a view of ＂（ rural society） development as future＂,which actually bore out from another perspective that small- scale sustainable agriculture have been more suitable for China＇s actual situation at this stage and the real situation of rural society.
