摘要 传统的"老三套"污水处理工艺处理炼油废水,外排污水不能满足国家《污水综合排放标准》一级新扩改标准(COD≤60mg/L)。2014年,洛阳石化在炼油污水处理末端增上LHPS(高效沉淀池)+BAF(曝气生物滤池)组合装置,对炼油污水进行深度处理,设计处理规模为350m3/h,浊度、悬浮物、COD、氨氮、总磷的总去除率分别达到91.03%、97.24%、45.04%、38.27%、90.43%,处理后浓度分别为4.43mg/L、1.32mg/L、49.9mg/L、1.21mg/L、0.134mg/L,达到了污水排放标准要求。该工艺在设计和运行中应注意:对难降解污水末端处理,污水BOD和COD的比值较低,深度生化反应困难,投加粉末活性炭比臭氧氧化能更为简易和经济地去由悬浮物所贡献出的COD;要选择优良的BAF滤头和滤料,避免滤头折断和滤料破碎影响处理效果;BAF中氮营养物低,会影响系统内活性污泥微生物的生长,如增加一定量的氮源,BAF处理效果会更好;混凝剂三氯化铁加药系统不能使用不锈钢材质,以免腐蚀。 Using conventional techniques to treat refinery sewage has been unable to meet the requirements of the national Sewage Discharge Standards for discharged sewage (COD ≤60mg/L).In 2014,Sinopec Lu- oyang Company added an LHPS + BAF aggregate unit at the end of the refinery sewage treatment process to deep-treat refinery sewage.The designed treatment capacity is 350m3/h and the turbidity and total removal rates of suspended matters,COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are 91.03% ,97.24% ,45.04%, 38.27% and 90.43%.The concentrations after treatment respectively stand at 4.43mg/L,1.32mg/L,49.9mg/L, 1.21mg/L and O.134mg/L and satisfy the requirements for sewage discharge.In this technology,the following things need to be kept in mind during design and operation:Sewage difficult to degrade is treated at the end of the process and as the BOD and COD ratio is low and deep biochemical reaction is difficult ,adding powdered activated carbon can more easily and economically remove the COD contributed by suspended mat- ters than ozonation;Excellent BAF filter head and filter material should be used to prevent the filter head from breaking off and the filter material from breaking up,in turn compromising the treatment effect;as the content of nitrogen nutrients in BAF is low,which affects the growth of microbe in activated sludge in the system,adding a certain amount of nitrogen will get better BAF treatment effect;and stainless steel cannot be used in the coagulant ferric trichloride dosing system in order to prevent corrosion.
