摘要
采用悬浮填料生物接触氧化深度处理外排污水技术对污水场外排污水进行深度处理回用,污水平均含油量由3.0 mg/L下降到0.6 mg/L,COD由97.2 mg/L下降到25 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度由21.6 mg/L下降到3.72 mg/L。2003年上半年回用污水605 kt,加工吨原油耗新鲜水1.14 t,与2002年同期相比下降了31.3%。
Refinery sewage deep treating technology, biological contact oxidation of pollutant by microbe grown on suspended carrier, has been adopted for reuse of wastewater. The average contents of oil, COD and amino nitrogen reduced from 3. 0mg/L to 0. 6mg/L, 97. 2mg/L to 25mg/L, and 21. 6mg/L to 3. 72mg/L respectively. 605kt wastewater was reused in the first half year of 2003, and the fresh water consumption was 1. 14t per ton of crude processing, which was 31. 3% less than the corresponding period in 2002.
