Purpose: To analyze low-dose multislice spiral CT scan of the chest and the ability to detect lung tumors and radiation dose nodule sensitivity to explore low-dose CT scanning in lung cancer and follow-up of nodules. Materials and Methods : 200 eases of lung eaneer have a clear CT images of patients with low doses of regular inspection and common regula- tory dose contrast. Results: Low dose (30, 40, 50 ma) with conventional dose (190ma), the effect of low dose radiation on patients is much lower than conventional doses, and the site of the lesion, no significant difference in the number size distribu- tion, has no effect on medical diagnosis. Conclusion: Consistent multi-slice spiral CT scan with conventional low-dose CT scan results, screening for lung cancer in high-risk populations and effective follow-up of nodules do early detection and early treat- ment, significant savings in the cost of the family and society, and therefore has a high maneuverability and clinical application.
