摘要
目的探讨应用金银花液与特布他林、布地奈德交替压缩雾化吸入治疗变异性咳嗽的临床效果。方法将81例变异性咳嗽患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上,使用金银花液与特布他林、布地奈德交替压缩雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用常规治疗和护理的基础上,使用特布他林、布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗。结果实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较P<0.05。结论金银花液与特布他林、布地奈德交替压缩雾化吸入配合正确而有效的治疗和护理,疗效显著,有利于患者康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation therapy for cough variant asthma by alternating compressed atomization of Honeysuckle liquid, Terbutaline and Budesonide. Methods 81 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment and compressed atomization of Terbutaline and Budesonide. The experimental group was given conventional treatment and alternately compressed atomization of Honeysuckle liquid,Terbutaline and Budesonide. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of alternately compressed atomization of Honeysuckle liquid, Terbutaline and Budesonide combined with correct and effective nursing has obvious effect, and was beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
