摘要
目的通过开设"国医大师任继学教改实验班",实施中医人才培养模式改革。方法对2010级中医专业和中西医结合专业学生中医综合和英语考试遴选出前30名学生,实施教学方式,管理模式,教学设计等方面改革。结果通过人才培养模式改革,将院校教育与师承教育相结合,继承与创新相结合,理论与临床相结合。提高了学生的临床实践能力,促进了师承能力的培养,强化了临床学院教师教改团队的建设。结论人才培养模式改革取得了一定的成效,我校将在此基础上,进一步深入的研究和探讨。
Objective Through the establishing ＂ Chinese medicine master Ren Jixue experimental teaching class＂, implementing the re-form of training model of talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Selecting top 30 students from Grade 2010 the specialty of TCM and integrated medicine through comprehensive TCM and English exam. They received the reform of teaching mode, management mode and teaching design. Results Through reform of talent training, the combination of school education and teacher education, the com-bination of inheritance and innovation and the combination of theory and clinical to improve the students ability of clinical practice, pro-mote the cultivation of teaching ability of teachers, and strengthen the construction of teaching team in clinical medical college. Conclusion The reform talent of training mode has made certain achievements. On this basis, the school would further research and explore.
