摘要
目的探讨分阶段教学模式在手术室护理带教中的临床应用和效果评价。方法随机将2013年3月—2014年4月在手术室实习的139名护士实习生(以下简称护生)分为对照组和观察组。对照组:采用一对一传统教学模式,实习结束前进行理论、专科过关操作考核,发放满意度调查表;观察组:采用分阶段教学模式,实习结束前进行理论、专科过关操作考核,发放满意度调查表。分别记录出科理论考核成绩、专科过关操作考核成绩及护生满意度。结果两组护生出科理论考核成绩、专科过关操作考核成绩及护生满意度有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段教学模式应用于手术室带教后,改变了手术室传统带教模式,完善了带教内容,激发了护生主动学习的积极性,调动了护生参与手术护理工作的主观能动性,提高了护生理论、专科过关操作考核成绩,提高了护生满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application and effect evaluation of stage teaching in teaching in operation room nursing.Methods 139 nurses of operation room(hereinafter referred to as interns internship nursing students) from March 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, at the end of the internship, carried on theory examination and specialized operation test, and issued satisfaction questionnaire. The observation group adopted stage teaching, at the end of the internship teaching, carried on theory examination and specialized operation test, and issued sat-isfaction questionnaire. The theory examination scores, college through the operation test results and satisfaction of nurse students were recored. Results The theory examination scores of nursing students, college students through the operating achievement and satisfaction of the two groups had statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion After the application stage teaching mode in teaching in operation room, the traditional teaching mode was changed, the teaching content was improved. Also it stimulated the enthusiasm of nursing students in active learning, to mobilize students to participate in the operation of nursing the subjective initiative of nursing work, improved the nursing students' theory and special clearance operation results, and increased the satisfaction degree of nursing students.
