摘要
培养高素质技能型人才是高职院校的培养目标,因而素质教育在教学过程中显得尤为重要。高职院校应坚持以立德树人为根本,以促进就业为导向,针对培养高素质技能型人才的要求确立育人模式。本文就山西经贸职业学院在实施素质教育的过程中构建的素质教育"5大模块"全方位育人模式进行了介绍与分析,并对进一步完善实施素质教育进行了有益的探索。
Quality education is particularly important in teaching with the goal of higher vocational collegebeing to cultivate high quality skilled personnel. Higher vocational colleges should adhere to the fundamentalprinciple of moral education and the guide of employment promotion. Colleges establish the mode of educationdirectly for the requirements of training high quality skilled personnel. The paper explores quality education byanalyzing the all-round education mode of＂Five Modules＂which is being constructed in Shanxi Institute of Eco-nomics and Business.
