摘要
以钢铁集团下属关联子公司为研究样本,通过对37家单位的问卷调查,从母子公司两个层面探究绩效管控影响因素与子公司组织绩效的关系。研究表明:当母子公司产业关联度高,加强集权管控、完善协调沟通机制对组织绩效产生显著影响;组织结构的复杂性、集权性、形式化三个维度均对组织绩效有显著影响;人员开发与培训、晋升与发展对绩效具有正向推动作用;组织学习中的团队学习对组织绩效有显著影响,员工学习对组织绩效的影响并不显著。
Based on the iron and steel group subsidiary company as research sample, through a questionnaire survey of 37 units,research was made on the performance management influence factors and organizational performance from two levels of parent and subsidiary company. Research shows that: the high degree of industrial linkage of parent and subsidiary company, strengthening the centralized management and control, improving the mechanism of coordination and communication have a significant impact on the organizational performance. The organization structure complexity, centralization and formalization three dimensions all have a significant impact on organizational performance. The staff development and training, promotion and development have a positive promoting effect on the performance. The organization learning in team-work has an impact on organizational performance, but employee learning is not.
