摘要
本文旨在研究新兴市场中组织结构和信息技术 (IT)能力对组织效率的影响。文章首先对相关领域已有的研究作了综述 ,并特别指出 ,是信息技术 (IT)能力而非仅信息技术 (IT)本身对企业竞争力产生影响 ;接着提出相关假设并进行论证 ,即将组织结构作为独立变量 ,提出发展IT能力能提高组织效率 ;研究结论显示 ,在新兴市场中企业的IT能力与组织效率呈正相关关系 ,并且组织结构与IT能力也呈正相关关系。有关研究资料来源于中国和越南两个新兴市场中的110个企业。
This paper mainly aims to explore the effect of organizational structure and information technology IT capability on organizational effectiveness. Firstly,it summarizes the current relevant studies and argues that it is information technology IT capability but not information technology itself that affects the competency of companies;then,it presents the relevant hypothesis that developing IT capability can lead to higher organizational effectiveness with organizational structure as an independent variable,and confirms this hypothesis;study findings indicate that in companies from emerging markets IT capability is positively related to organizational effectiveness and organizational structure is also positively related to IT capability. The relevant study data was collected from two emerging markets,namely P.R. China and Vietnam.
