摘要 分析了ISG电机峰值功率、发动机最大功率与整车动力性能的关系;研究了负荷功率在不同循环工况的分布情况;并在此基础上完成了ISG电机和发动机参数的匹配。根据电机的最大功率需求,确定了动力电池组的最大功率;研究了动力电池组能量与纯电动续驶里程的关系,确定了电池组的容量。以动力性为约束条件,以整车能耗成本最小为目标函数,利用遗传算法确定了优化的主减速器速比。 The relationship between the peak power of the ISG motor,engine and the vehicle dynamic performance were analyzed,and the distribution of the load power under various driving cycles was studied. Based on these analyses,the parameters of the ISG motor and the engine were determined.Besides,the maximum power of the power battery was chosen according to the maximum motor power requirement,and the battery capacity was selected based on the relationship between the battery energy and vehicle range. Moreover,the gear ratio of the final drive was determined using the Genetic Algorithm to minimize the energy cost,without compromising the vehicle dynamic performance.
