摘要
以加氢反应器大型筒体的锻造成型工艺为研究对象。通过分析大型筒体锻造成型过程中产生缺陷的原因,提出了有效防止大型筒体类锻件成形缺陷的锻造工艺优化方案,为该类锻件的生产提供参考。
The forging process of large barrel for hydrogenation reactor has been taken as the research object. By analyzing the reason caused the defects during forging process of large barrel, the optimized forging process has been put forward, which can effectively prevent the defects from being appeared during the forming period, as so to provide the reference for the production of this kind of forgings.
