摘要
针对贵州织金新华含稀土中低品位磷矿石的特点,采用盐酸法对其进行了酸解工艺条件研究,考察了矿石粒度、酸过量系数、反应温度、反应时间、液固比等条件对P2O5和REO浸出效果的影响。结果表明,在矿石粒度为-0.074mm占80%,酸过量系数为1.10,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为80min,液固比为3∶1的工艺条件下,可获得P2O5浸出率为97.89%,REO浸出率为97.31%的较好指标。
The acidolysis process conditions were studied by hydrochloric acid method in accordance with the characteristics of the rare earth bearing middle-low grade phosphate ore in Xinhua,Zhijin,Guizhou and the effects of ore particle size,acid excess coefficient,reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and other conditions on the leaching performance of P2O5 and REO.The test results showed that at the process conditions being:80%-0.074 mm ore size,acid excess coefficient1.10,reaction temperature 50 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio 3∶1,the good index with P2O5 and REO leaching rates as 97.89 % and 97.31%could be obtained.
