促红细胞生成素对心脏瓣膜术后急性肾损伤发生率的影响
摘要
急性肾损伤(AKI)是心脏手术后常见而严重的并发症。按改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)指南标准,其发生率可达42%,老年患者心脏术后AKI发生率可高达52.3%。AKI不仅使心脏手术患者住院天数延长,治疗费增加,而且使住院病死率和术后5年病死率显著增高。
