血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白检测诊断急性肾损伤的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)检测诊断急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和苦味酸法对52例AKI患者(研究组)和50例健康体检者(对照组)血清NGAL和肌酐进行检测。结果 1、2、3期AKI患者血清NGAL均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);AKI患者血清NGAL与肌酐呈正线性相关(r_s=0.702,P<0.01)。结论血清NGAL可以作为AKI发生的血清学指标,对AKI的早期诊断具有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in acute kidney injury (AKI). Methods Serum NGAL and creatinine were detected in 52 AKI patients (study group ) and 50 healthy controls (control group ) with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and picric acid method, respectively. Results Serum NGAL of AKI patients in stage 1,2 and 3 were markedly higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; serum NGAL of the study group was linearly correlated to serum creatinine ( rs = 0. 702, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Serum NGAL level can he one serum marker for AKI and is useful for the early diagnosis of AKI.
