摘要
《黄帝内经》中关于"肾生髓"理论的论述充分说明了肾、髓、脑之间的生理和病理联系,脑与肾通过精髓的联系,勾划出"肾-髓-脑"的统一关系。基于前期研究对"肾-髓-脑"关系进行理论梳理,并结合肾本质研究成果,对"肾-髓-脑"生物轴理论的提出进行了初步探讨,进而提出补肾中药的作用靶点应该在"肾",确认通过"肾生髓"对"脑"发生作用这一研究思路。
Discussion on theory that kidney produces marrow in Huangdi Neijing fully illustrates the physiological and pathological relationship among the kidney,marrow and brain,as well as brain related with kidney through quintessential marrow,and traces out the unitive relationship of kidney-marrow-brain. This paper proposes a theory carding to the relationship of kidney-marrow-brain based on the previous studies and makes a preliminary discussion about it combined with the research results of kidney essence. It puts forward kidney-marrow-brain biological axis theory,and thinks that the targets of Chinese medicines which invigorate the kidney should be at the kidney. This paper also confirmes since ＂kidney produces marrow＂,kidney has effects on ＂brain＂.
