温阳止泻汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征36例 被引量：8

摘要 目的:观察温阳止泻汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(脾肾阳虚证)的临床效果。方法:将72例腹泻型肠易激综合征(中医辨证为脾肾阳虚证)患者按比例1∶1随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予温阳止泻汤治疗,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊和四神丸治疗,4周后观察疗效。结果:观察组和对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳止泻汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(脾肾阳虚证)的临床疗效满意且作用安全。
