摘要
目的:观察灵龟八法贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例,按照随机数字随机表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予参苓白术颗粒灵龟八法贴敷治疗,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊口服治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后社会功能、精神健康、健康变化、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组症状疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高其生存质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of eight magic turtle techniques application on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients with diarrhea-type in-itable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group anti the control group according to random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given Shenling Baizhu Particles （SLBZP） for eight magic turtle techniques application, while the ones in the control gronp were given trimebutine maleate capsules for oral administration. Results： After the treatment, social function, spiritual health, health change, body pain, Ihe general health, and activity score of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was better than that of the control group： 73.33% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The symptom curative effect of curative was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Eight magic turtle techniques application has remarkable clinical curative effect on diarrbea-type irritable bowel syndrome, can greatly improve the patients clinical symptoms and survival quality.
