摘要
为探明Zn2+对电镀废水胁迫下黄瓜萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以大三叶品种黄瓜为试材,分析不同浓度Zn2+对电镀废水胁迫下黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数以及侧根数、鲜重、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果显示:低浓度Zn2+可缓解电镀废水胁迫对黄瓜萌发和幼苗生长的抑制,株高、生物积累量和色素含量显著升高,其中最适浓度为50 mg/L Zn2+,表明外源Zn2+缓解电镀废水胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害存在浓度效应。
Large clover cucumber varieties were adopted as test materials for analyzing the effects of Zn2+of different concentrations on germination rate,germination index, vigor index of cucumber seeds and rootnumber, fresh weight, chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of cucumber seedlings under the stress ofelectroplating wastewater. The results showed that Znz+ of low concentrations was able to alleviate the in-hibition of electroplating waste water stress against cucumber seed germination and seedling growth, plantheight,biomass and pigment content increased significantly, and the optimum concentration of Zn2+ was500 mg/L, which indicated that exogenous Zn2+ alleviation of electroplating wastewater stress on seedlingdamage had a concentration effect.
