铬对竹叶菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以竹叶菜(Ipomoea aquatica Forsskal)为试验材料,采用室内水培方法研究了不同质量浓度的铬离子(Cr6+)溶液对竹叶菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在低浓度铬离子溶液处理下,随浓度的增加,竹叶菜的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗的芽长、株高、根长、根数、根鲜重和茎鲜重均呈上升趋势,当浓度达到5 mg/L时各指标达到最大值,高于5 mg/L时呈下降趋势,并且浓度越高,下降幅度越大,抑制作用越明显。铬离子溶液对竹叶菜种子的胁迫率在低浓度时为负值,而在浓度大于50mg/L时为正值。 The effects of different Cr6+ concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of Ipomoea aquatica Forsskal were studied using hydroponics.The results showed that the seed germinating potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,seedling shoot length,plant height,root length,root number,fresh root weight and fresh stem weight increased as Cr6+ concentration increasing under low Cr6+ concentrations.These indexes reached the maximum when Cr6+ concentration was 5 mg/L.These indexes began to fall when Cr6+ concentration was higher than 5 mg/L,and the higher Cr6+ concentration,the stronger the inhibition effect.The stress rate of chromium on I.aquatica was negative at low concentrations and positive at the concentrations higher than 50 mg/L.
