摘要
本文对新疆兵团青少年科技辅导员队伍建设情况从选拔、培训、评价、激励四个维度进行了初步调查,分析存在的问题,并提出合理建议。
This paper is to carry out the preliminary investigation about the construction of adolescent science and technology consulters of XPCC from the selection, training, evaluation and motivation to analyze the problems existed and put forward reasonable suggestions.
