基于核酸适体传感器的ATP浓度检测系统设计

摘要 针对核酸适体电流型传感器信号弱、噪声高、测量难的特点,设计一种可准确检测三磷酸腺苷(ATP)浓度的核酸适体传感器检测电路。该电路主要包括恒电位电路、I/V转换电路、多级放大电路、带通滤波和锁相放大电路。利用循环伏安法研究并分析了核酸适体传感器的输出电压与被测物ATP浓度之间的关系。测试结果表明:电流型核酸适体传感器检测系统具有很高的信噪比、较好的灵敏度和线性度,线性度为0.994 0,能够满足现场快速准确测试的需求。 Since the aptamer amperometric sensor signal is generally weak,high noise and difficult to be measured,the de-tection circuit of aptamer sensor which can precisely detect ATP concentration was designed. The circuit is mainly composed of constant potential circuit,I/V conversion circuit,multi-stage amplifier circuit,band-pass filtering circuit and lock-in amplifier circuit. The relationship between the output voltage of aptamer sensor and ATP concentration of the object under test were ana-lyzed by means of a cyclic voltammetry. The testing results indicates that the system has high SNR,excellent sensitivity and linearity of 0.9940,which can satisfy the requirements of precision detection on spot.
