物性参数变化对煅后焦余热回收换热器传热特性的影响 被引量:1

The effects of physical parameter variation on heat transfer characteristics of calcined petroleum coke waste heat utilization exchanger

摘要 为了研究煅后焦物性参数变化对换热器传热特性的影响规律,建立了余热回收换热器数学模型,模拟研究了当量空隙率、当量导热系数、当量比热容对其传热特性的影响规律。结果表明:随着当量空隙率增大,在换热器出口处的煅后焦温度降低,换热器的平均换热系数减小,热回收效率增大;随着当量导热系数增大,在换热器出口处的煅后焦温度降低,换热器的平均换热系数增大,热回收效率增大;随着当量比热容增大,在换热器出口处的煅后焦温度升高,换热器的平均换热系数减小,热回收效率减小。 In order to study the effects of physical parameter variation of calcined petroleum coke on the heat transfer characteristics of waste heat utilization exchanger, the waste heat exchanger mathematic model was set up. The effects of equivalent porosity, equivalent heat conductivity coefficient and equivalent specific heat on heat transfer characteristics were investigated. The results showed that, with the increase of equivalent porosity, the calcined petroleum coke temperature at outlet and average heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger decrease, and heat recovery efficiency increases. With the increase of equivalent heat conductivity coefficient, the calcined petroleum coke temperature at outlet decreases, and the average heat transfer coefficient and heat recovery efficiency of the heat exchanger increase. With the increase of equivalent specific heat increase, the calcined petroleum coke temperature at outlet increase, and the average heat transfer coefficient and heat recovery efficiency of the heat exchanger decrease.
