摘要
准确测定Lc值可以判断石油焦的煅烧程度,研究了各种因素对Lc值的影响,确定了最佳的测试、计算条件。通过建立的Lc值与焙烧温度的拟合方程,把石油焦作为示温剂,通过测定煅后焦的Lc值,来判断炭素焙烧炉温度的均匀性。
Accurate determination of Lc value is a way to judge the degree of the calcined petroleum coke. In this paper the various factors affecting the Lc value were studied, and the optimal conditions and calculation of Lc were determined. Meanwhile the fitted e- quation of the Lc value and baking temperature was established. The petroleum coke can be used as the heat sensitive agent by de- termining Lc value of calcined petrolem coke to estimate the temperature uniformity in carbon baking furnace.
