摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察和力学性能测试方法,研究了形变和热处理对微合金化Zn合金的组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着变形量的增加,Zn-2.1Cu-0.06Ti合金的显微硬度呈现先增加而后减小的趋势,当冷变形量达到70%时显微硬度取得最大值;随着Cu含量的上升,导致Zn-Cu-Ti合金的显微硬度下降的温度也逐渐升高;一定范围内Cu的添加可以提高纯Zn的显微硬度和抗拉强度,Ti元素含量的增加可以改善Zn-Cu-Ti合金的韧性。
Through hardness test, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and mechanical prop- erties test, influence of deformation and heat treatment on microstructure and properties of micro allo- ying of Zn alloy were investigated. The results show that, with the increase of deformation rate, micro- hardness of Zn-2.1Cu-0.06Ti alloy is increasesd firstly and then decreased. When the cold deformation rate reaches 70% microhardness has a maximum value, with the increase of Cu element content, the temperature resulting in the descrease of micro-hardness of Zn-Cu-Ti alloy is increased gradually. The Cu element within a certain range of addition can improve the micro-hardness and tensile strength of pure Zn, and increase of Ti element can improve the toughness of the alloy.
