摘要
针对某典型数据中心机房冷通道隔离方式下的气流组织,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)计算机数值模拟商用软件对现有机房结构相关区域的流场和温度场进行数值模拟分析,得到现有送风工况下的冷通道及机柜周边区域的速度场和温度场,并与实测值进行比较分析。验证了现有机房典型模块的冷通道结构合理性,并对机房制冷管理提出相应改进建议,以达到最佳的送回风状态,使机柜中的热量能够及时散发,降低空调负荷,达到节能的效果。
In view of a typical data center,numerical simulation study of 3-dimensional flow field and temperature distribution in cold-aisle has been conducted with numerical simulation software. The results showed that air distribution of the typical data center is reasonable. By analyzing and comparing the simulation and measurement results,the corresponding suggestion of refrigeration management in cold-aisle has been put forward. An optimized proposal for inlet and outlet condition can be given which can release the heat of the cabinets so as to reduce the air conditioning load and save energy.
