摘要
以中信大厦为工程背景,介绍垂直交通系统总体设置,详细阐述电梯新技术的应用,包括跃层电梯技术、双轿厢电梯技术、消防辅助疏散电梯技术、永磁同步无齿轮曳引机技术、目的楼层选层系统技术、碳纤维绳曳引技术等。实践证明,新技术的应用缩短了工期,节约了成本,具有显著的经济及社会效益。
Taking CITIC Building as the engineering background,the overall setting of vertical transportation system is introduced,and the application of new elevator technologies is elaborated in detail,including the skip elevator technology,double deck car elevator technology,fire-fighting auxiliary evacuation elevator technology,permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine technology,target building floor selection system technology,carbon fiber rope traction technology.The practice shows that the application of the new technology shortens the construction period,saves the cost,and has significant economic and social benefits.
