摘要
木村病(Kimura's disease,KD)是一种病因不明的以累及头颈部淋巴结、皮下软组织为特点的罕见的良性慢性炎症性疾病,好发于亚洲中青年男性,研究并认识其特点是必要且有价值的。本篇案例分析报道了南京大学附属鼓楼医院收治的3名木村病病人,并结合相关文献讨论了该病的临床、影像和病理学特点,旨在为木村病的诊断提供进一步帮助。
Kimura’s disease （KD） is a rare, benign, chronic inlfammatory disease of unknown etiology that involves the lymph nodes and subcutaneous tissue of the head and neck regions. This disease is most common in middle-aged Asian men, so it is necessary and valuable to study and understand its characteristics. In this report, three Chinese patients treated in Affiliated Drum Tower hospital of Nanjing university medical school were reported and the related literatures were reviewed to discuss the clinical, radiological and histopathological characteristics of KD. It aims to improve the diagnosis for patients with KD.
