摘要
目的探讨木村病（kimura’s disease,KD）的临床诊断及手术治疗疗效。方法将2004年9月~2014年8月收治的经手术治疗、病理确诊的3例木村病患者的临床资料（临床症状、实验室检查、辅助检查、手术方法、预后情况）进行总结。结果 3例患者发病部位均位于皮下唾液腺周围;外周血嗜酸性细胞计数及比例均增高,1例患者伴有肺损害,1例患者伴有湿疹,3例均未见蛋白尿。3例木村病患者术后随访5个月至10年未见复发。结论手术治疗可以作为头颈部木村病的首选治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of Kimura＇s disease and its surgical effect.Methods Clinical data（ including clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,auxiliary examination,surgical method and prognosis） of 3patients with Kimura ＇s disease surgically treated in our department from Sep 2004 to Aug 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lesion locations were around the salivary gland in all the 3 cases with high level of peripheral eosinophil count.Of them,one was accompanied with lung impairment,one with eczema,and none with proteinuria.No recurrence occurred after postoperative follow-up for 5 months to 10 years.Conclusion Surgical treatment may be the first choice for Kimura＇s disease.
