摘要
目的了解近年来肇庆市不同年龄组九种呼吸道感染病原体的流行分布特征。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测4 958例呼吸道感染患者的九种病原体Ig M抗体,并比较不同年龄组感染的情况及流行特征。结果肺炎支原体(MP)感染率最高,为34.2%,以青少年为主;其次为乙型流感病毒(Flu B)感染率占16.8%,以儿童组和少年组为主;MP和Flu B在冬春季流行;嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率为13.4%,各年龄均可感染,秋冬季多发;腺病毒以儿童组感染最多,春秋季流行。多重感染682例,主要是MP+Flu B模式,占27.0%(184/682)。结论肇庆地区呼吸道感染的病原体主要是MP,不同年龄组患者对九种病原体具有不同的分布特征;以MP+Flu B混合感染多见。
Objective To investigate the distribution of nine kinds of respiratory pathogens in different age groups~ Methods Indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect the IgM antibody to 9 kinds of pathogens in 4 958 cases with respiratory tract infection, and the epidemic situations in different age groups were compared~ Results The infection rate ofMycoplasma pneumonia(MP) was the highest(34.2%) and it mainly occurred in teenagers.The second highest was Influenza. B(Flu.B),being16.8%,mainly occurred in children and youth.MP and Flu.B infections were prevalent in winter and spring.The infection rate of LegioneUa pneumophila was 13.4%, occurred in all age groups and it was more prevalent in autumn and winter~ Adenovirus infection mainly occurred in children,and it was prevalent in spring and autumn. There were 682 cases of mixed infection mainly withMP+FluB, accounting for 26.9%(184/682).Conclusion MP was the major pathogen of respiratory tract infection in Zhaoqing city. Distribution of the nine kinds of pathogens showed diversities in different age groups and MP+Flu.B coinfection was the maior mode of mixed infection.
