摘要
针对铝合金材料特性与框架结构特点,对大型A319.0-T6铸造铝合金框架的铸造工艺进行分析,对浇道与浇注位置、模样和冒口进行再设计,并在四个轴孔的两侧及窗口两侧面对应的底面设计了冷铁。基于CAE计算机仿真技术与铸造工艺分析,建立了大型铝合金框架结构的铸造模型,得到框架在充型过程的速度场分布、凝固温度场分布和铸造缺陷倾向分布。通过计算机铸造工艺模拟,验证了铸造工艺设计的合理性与铸造工艺方案的可行性。
In view of the poor forming quality problems of medium- and large-scale aluminum alloy frame, the casting process for large-scale A319.0-T6 casting aluminum alloy frames was analyzed according to the characteristics of aluminum alloy frame structure and A319.0-T6 casting aluminum alloy material, and the runners and gating location, shape and riser were redesigned, adding cold irons on both sides of the four shaft hole and the bottom of the window face relative to both sides. Based on CAE computer simulation technology and the analysis of casting process, the casting model of large aluminum alloy frame was established to get the simulation results of the velocity field during the filling process, the temperature field in solidification process and the distributed tendency of casting defects. The verification of computer simulations shows that the rationality of the design of casting process scheme is feasible.
