摘要
以框架铸件为研究对象,介绍了运用CAD/CAE进行低压铸造工艺设计的过程。利用铸造数值模拟技术,对设计的低压铸造浇注系统进行了充型过程分析。保证了模具开发的质量,缩短了开发周期。
Taking a kind of aluminum flame casting as study objects, design process of the low pressure die casting technology via CAD/CAE technique was introduced. Based on the CAE technique, the filling process of low pressure die casting for the aluminum frame casting was studied. Consequently the quality of mold design can be guaranteed and the duration of mold design can be shortened.
