摘要
以25 mm厚浸渍毛白杨木材为研究对象,基于百度实验法,根据浸渍木干燥特性,得到浸渍毛白杨木材的干燥工艺.结果表明:浸渍后杨木干燥特性的初期开裂等级降低,但内裂、截面变形、干燥速度的等级提高.采用此干燥工艺,干燥周期为12.74 d,各项可见缺陷指标均达到国家标准,能满足实木地板的加工要求.
The modified drying process of 25 mm thick urea-formaldehyde resin impregnated Aspen wood was analyzed on the basis of BIDU-US test. The results were as follows: the initial cracking grade of aspen wood drying characteristics decreased after impregnation,but internal crack,cross section deformation,drying speed grade improved. By the modified drying process the drying cycle was 12. 74 d. All the visible defects reached the lumber drying quality standard,it could satisfy the requirements of the processing of solid wood floor.
