摘要
以香椿木、梓木和香樟木三种人工林木材为对象,采用百度试验法研究了其干燥特性,并初步探讨了微波预处理对这三种木材干燥特性的影响规律。结果表明:香椿木和香樟木为较易干树种,梓木为难干树种,其主要干燥缺陷为内裂和截面变形;香椿木、梓木和香樟木的初期开裂、内部裂纹、截面变形和扭曲变形等级分别为3、1~2、3、2级,2、4、4、2级和2、1~2、2、2~3级;微波预处理能部分降低木材内裂和扭曲的程度,但其影响不显著。
The research on the effects of microwave pretreatment on drying characteristics of three plantation wood species, T. sinensis, C. ovata and C. camphora, was conducted through a series of tests with 100℃-test method. The results showed that : 1. T. sinensis and C. camphora were species easy to dry, but C. ovata is diffi- cult, and its main drying defects were honeycomb and cross section deformation; 2. the grades of initial check, honeycomb, cross section deformation and twist deformation were 3,1 - 2,3,2 and 2,4,4,2 and 2,1 - 2,2,2 3 for T. sinensis, C. ovata and C. camphora, respectively;3, microwave pretreatment could decrease the occurrence of honeycomb and twist deformation, but its effect was limited.
