微波干燥对尾巨桉木材物理性质影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以5 a生尾巨桉木材为对象,分别对微波真空干燥和常规加热干燥后尾巨桉木材的物理性质进行了测定和分析,测定指标包括木材密度、干缩性、湿胀性、吸水性。结果表明:尾巨桉木材气干密度为0.4777 g·cm-3,属2级;常规干燥处理材的气干差异干缩与全干差异干缩值均高于微波干燥处理材,微波真空干燥处理在一定程度上降低了木材的差异干缩;微波干燥处理材吸水率均高于常规干燥处理材,微波干燥提高了速生桉木材的吸水性;微波真空干燥降低了木材湿胀性。 In this study,the physical properties of 5-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis wood after microwave vacuum drying and conventional heat drying were measured and analyzed.Wood properties measured included wood density,shrinkage,swelling and water absorption.The results showed that the wood airdried density of E.urophylla×E.grandis was 0.4777g·cm-3,assigning it to class 2.The shrinkage values from conventional heat drying were higher than those from microwave drying,and the differential shrinkage values of wood subject to microwave drying were lower than that of wood subject to with conventional heat drying.The water absorption rate of wood subject to microwave drying was higher than that of conventional heat dried wood,and it was found that microwave vacuum drying reduces the swelling of wood.
